Explanation
OG = original gravity, FG = final gravity, SG = specific gravity, °P = degrees Plato, °Bx = Brix, ABV = alcohol by volume, IBU = international bitterness units, EBC and SRM = colour, RA = residual alkalinity, FWH = first wort hopping, BIAB = brew in a bag, DMS = dimethyl sulphide.
