About Brauwerkstatt
Why the Brauwerkstatt exists.
I brew on a 60-litre all-in-one brewing system. But I started very small, with a pot on the stove.
Every brew brought new questions: How much lactic acid does my water need? How many IBU does my beer really have? How much sugar goes into a bottle? I found answers scattered across many sites, often contradictory and rarely explained clearly.
After a long search for the “perfect” site, I decided to build it myself. The Brauwerkstatt is the result: calculators I use for every brew, recipes written down step by step, and explanations of everything that confused me when I started.
I really hope it helps everyone who is standing where I once stood. Happy brewing!
